Garage Defend does not endorse nor recommend modification of vehicles for use on public highways since warranty or government regulations may be violated. As an express condition of sale of any performance part, the buyer acknowledges and agrees to use the performance parts for the modification of vehicles in sanctioned off-road competitive events only. While every effort is made to provide technical information and assistance, we have no control over owner installation, modification, and unusual stress that performance parts are subject to. The buyer assumes all responsibilities for determining the suitability of the product. All aftermarket products should always be installed by professional shops only.
Along with purchases made from Garage Defend, Buyer agrees to the following:
Condition of Sale
All purchases made at Garage Defend are final or is at the discretion of Garage Defend on certain customer service issues. We will work with all our customers to make sure your experience with Garage Defend is a great one. There is a 30% restocking fee for all approved returned orders.
All items purchased from Garage Defend will be shipped out in 7-10 business days if the item is in stock. Any items that are not in stock will be shipped when it arrives at our warehouse. All items that are not shipped out within 30 calendar days after product has arrived to our facilities will be forfeited to Garage Defend. Meaning we keep your product if you delay shipping of the item for more than 30 days due to non-payment. You will also forfeit any payments made on the products.
Shipping rates only apply to the 48 states. Customers from Hawaii, Alaska, and International shipments will be notified promptly as order is processed. Garage Defend will only ship products to customer's billing address if using a credit card. We will ship anywhere if you pay by money order or cashier's check.
Not all products on our online shop are in stock. Products ordered online that are not in stock are known as “Special Orders”. You will be notified after ordering if your item is in stock or will need to be special ordered. Special Orders take an estimate of 60-90 days for delivery. Keep in mind that this is only an estimate and may take up to 180 days or more due to customs clearance issues or delay of manufacturing. Garage Defend will always give updates to such cases. Customer Service is our main priority. We can only do our best to keep you updated, but cannot control manufacturing issues or overseas freight issues.
Returns
Garage Defend will not accept any returns on any products. The only exception is the return of products that we order and/or ship in error. Please email
contact@garagedefend.co for further details on requesting RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) numbers. No package will be accepted without an RMA number clearly written on the outside of the box.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded with store credit within 10 business days. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at contact@garagedefend.co.
Damages and issues
Garage Defend is not responsible for any items that leave our warehouse facility once it is packed and picked up by our delivery service (UPS/FedEx/Freight Carrier/etc.). All items that leave Garage Defend are brand new unless otherwise noted.
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue.
If you receive damaged items due to mishandling from the shipping company, please call the shipping company immediately and make a damaged goods claim.
Fitment of Body Kits
Buyer fully understands that all body kits are sold "as is" with no warranty expressed or implied; due to the fact that most body kits are made of 100% fiberglass. Buyer also understands that due to strict U.S. Federal and State Safety crash guidelines, Garage Defend is not responsible or liable for any damages or possible injury incurred upon possible accidents due to driver error, incorrect installations, bad judgment (cracking or breaking your aero parts) or act of nature/God, Allah, Jehovah, etc. All body kits (aero components) are only recommended for off-highway use such as track racing or for exhibition show only. Buyer understands that all body kits (aero components) may need modifications for correct fitment such as removal of safety reinforcements, removal of factory bumper lights/side marker indicators, shaving, molding, etc. Because several of these kits are prototyped and used on NON-USA vehicles that have much less safety standards/requirements in their respected country of origin. We strongly RECOMMEND you only have highly skilled body shop/technician install and paint any body kit (aero components) for factory or show quality look.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
